    Halloumi and avocado burger

  • Brioche Bun
  • Avocado
  • Halloumi
  • Hummus
  • Salad (optional)
  • This tasty burger will be sure to please vegetarians and meat eaters alike. Sprinkle some dried oregano and crushed garlic onto your slices of halloumi. Wrap in foil and you are good to get cooking on the BBQ. Slice your avocado and a healthy dollop if hummus to your brioche bun, add the halloumi and there you have it. Our favorite salad additions are sundried tomato and lettuce but add your preferred greens as the finishing touch.

    Stuffed Peppers

  • Peppers
  • Tinned Tomatoes
  • Red Onion
  • Courgette
  • Mixed Herbs
  • Garlic
  • Walnuts
  • A yummy vegan meat alternative for the BBQ, or perfect as a side. Slice the tops off your peppers, removing all the seeds inside. Dice your red onion and courgette and add to the tomatoes. Mix in the crushed garlic and mixed herbs for that extra bit of flavor. Top each better with crushed walnuts for an extra crunch. These will take a little longer on the BBQ so may be best to get them on first!
